3. BRING YOUR MEMBERSHIP FORM

If you want membership then complete the membership form and bring it to the school the first time you come or get it at the school and complete it there. If you are under 18 a parent or guardian has to sign the membership form. Our terms and conditions are on the membership form or you can read our terms and conditions online as well. Drop-in, trial lessons, weekly passes do not require membership.
